Health Leaders Advanced Programme

The Health Leaders Advanced Programme is primarily for participants in positions where they manage or advise managers, and/or have potential to transition to this level of leadership within the next 12 – 18 months.

The aim of the Advanced Programme is to equip or enhance identified employees with leadership skills:

to create the desired future for the DHBs

in areas identified by them and others as having the greatest impact on their leadership.

Programme Format

The programme is spread over five months to a cohort of participants.  Two days start the programme in the first month followed by one day a month. The programme is based on leadership competencies.

Facilitators

Dr Peter Blyde, Director of Catalyst 4 has over 16 years of experience in leadership development while Maurice Batey, Managing Director of the CEO Group has 27 years experience in the area. Click here for more information on the facilitators.

Cost of course

The cost per participant is approximately $4000. Payment will be according to the local DHB systems.
