Framework
The Framework is presented as a pyramid, made up of small pyramids on three levels. These small pyramids of learning can be either internal or external to the organisation. Those developing leadership skills or new leaders/managers may start at the lower level and work upwards. Others may choose components depending on the individuals needs/level/role.
Bordering the three sides are concepts inherent throughout all the learnings and levels, these being the Competencies, Personal development needs and the Manager, Mentoring/ Coaching or Buddying.
