Midland Network
Aims
To provide opportunities to highlight and expand knowledge of the latest leadership competencies, relevant to leaders / managers from the Midland DHBs.
To extend networking opportunities between health leaders / managers across the region.

Leaders/Managers.
Process
Process
Each Midland DHB invites selected participants to attend a programmed day held at least once a year.
The day usually includes an update on national and regional health workforce developments. Guest speakers are invited to talk about selected leadership competencies, which may include Midland CEOs. The day also consists of focus groups on topics of leadership.
Venue
The venue is Rotorua based as this is central for all DHB's.
