Midland Leadership Programmes have been developed to help our leaders develop at any stage of their career, to bring out their full potential.
Two programmes are offered for participants from the Midland DHBs; Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Tairawhiti, Lakes and Taranaki.
The Health Leaders Advanced programme is held in Hamilton over a period of nine months and includes an initial 360 survey for participants to identify development areas. There are two Leadership in Practice programmes offered each year. The workshops are held over a period of eight months, with the first running from February to September in Tauranga and the second commencing in Hamilton from August.

Midland’s Leadership in Practice Programme (LIP)
